As a Zomato Delivery Partner, you'll be the backbone of our delivery network. You'll be responsible for picking up prepared food orders from restaurants and delivering them to our customers' doorsteps in a timely and professional manner. • Pick up food orders from restaurants efficiently, ensuring they are prepared correctly and sealed properly.
• Deliver orders to customers' locations promptly, following traffic regulations and maintaining a safe riding/driving experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone or app to keep them updated on their order status.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable delivery experience.
• Follow Zomato's hygiene and safety protocols to maintain food quality during delivery.
• Use the Zomato delivery app to manage your deliveries, track your earnings, and receive updates.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor while representing Zomato.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old and possession of a valid driver's license for a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (depending on your preference).

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
