We are looking for passionate and motivated Supervisors to join our team at Whitehat Jr. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of coding coaches, ensuring that they provide high-quality instruction and support to our students.

• Recruit, onboard, and train new coding coaches
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to coding coaches
• Monitor the performance of coding coaches and students
• Identify and address any issues that arise
• Ensure that all coding classes are delivered in a fun and engaging way
• Report to the Manager of Education
