About the Role

As a Customer Officer at Tech Mahindra, you'll play a key role in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment. You'll collaborate closely with designers, analysts, and other developers to build robust and scalable Java applications.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, reusable, and maintainable Java code.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues to resolve problems efficiently.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Java development (Freshers can also apply).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Proficient in Core Java (J2SE 8+) and J2EE concepts.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC/RESTful APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
