• Prepare detailed reports on quality findings and recommendations for corrective action.

• Maintain a strong understanding of all applicable aviation regulations and quality control procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Aviation Maintenance Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with quality control software programs (e.g., Minitab, JMP) a plus.
