Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues with desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide clear and concise answers to employee questions related to software and hardware.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
