Marketing Sales Representative

We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Sales Representative to join our growing team in North Dumdum, West Bengal. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding PhonePe's reach and acquiring new customers by building strong relationships with merchants and partners. You will be responsible for driving sales, educating merchants about PhonePe's offerings, and resolving their queries to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Prospect and acquire new merchants across various categories: Identify potential merchants, understand their business needs, and present PhonePe's solutions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants: Foster trust and become a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and addressing their concerns promptly.
• Drive sales and achieve set targets: Negotiate deals, close sales, and exceed assigned targets through effective communication and persuasion.
• Onboard new merchants: Guide merchants through the setup process, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
• Collect and analyze data: Track sales performance, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously learn about the latest developments in the digital payments landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
