Process Optimization: You will be responsible for analyzing and improving our sales processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business goals. This includes developing and implementing sales tools, automating workflows, and creating reports to track performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting: You will leverage your data analysis skills to generate insightful reports on sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to the sales team.
Sales Enablement: You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to equip the sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed. This includes creating sales collateral, conducting product training, and coaching on effective sales techniques.
