Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function for Citi Bank, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decisions and strategic planning.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Strategic Financial Guidance

Provide financial guidance and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth, improve profitability, and optimize resource allocation.

Performance Management

Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop recommendations to improve financial performance.

Team Management

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a management role.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools, including Excel, Access, and financial planning software.

Business Acumen:

Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations, with the ability to apply financial concepts to business decisions.

Leadership and Communication:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
