Job Summary

In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance. You'll use your findings to develop data-driven recommendations to improve our marketing efforts and achieve our business objectives.

You'll also be responsible for creating compelling reports and presentations to communicate your findings to key stakeholders. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new target audiences and opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing research studies, surveys, and A/B tests.
• Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, CRM, social media).
• Identify key trends and insights from marketing data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track campaign performance.
• Create data-driven presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Work collaboratively with other marketing team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field (for freshers, strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn are a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Passion for marketing and a desire to learn.

This role is open to both experienced marketing analysts and recent graduates with a strong foundation in marketing and analytics.
