Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate the interview process, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and prepare candidates for successful interviews.
• Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Extend and negotiate offers to top candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the accounting and finance industry.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practices.
• Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
