Job Title: Implementation Specialist - Work From Home

Job Summary:

The Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients and implementation of Flipkart’s e-commerce solutions. This is a remote work opportunity, and the ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, technical expertise, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during the implementation process.

• Conduct needs analysis and solution design for clients.
• Configure and test Flipkart’s e-commerce solutions to meet client requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.

• Communicate project timelines, milestones, and expectations to clients.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure client satisfaction.
• Address client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices.

• Document implementation best practices and contribute to knowledge base.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar implementation or project management role.

Skills:

• Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical expertise in e-commerce solutions, including Flipkart’s platform.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
