Job Summary:

Asian Paints is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Worker to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a Help Desk Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, and provide solutions or escalate to senior technical staff as needed
• Document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role
• Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software, and networking

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
