Manage the recruitment process for various roles within the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company culture.
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting employee well-being and satisfaction.
Assist with organizing and executing internal events and communication initiatives.
