Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families, handling inquiries related to appointments, treatments, billing, and other hospital services.
- Actively listen to patient concerns and provide empathetic support, addressing their queries with accurate and timely information.
- Guide patients through the pre- and post-treatment process, explaining procedures, answering questions, and addressing anxieties.
- Collect and document patient feedback, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks to streamline the patient experience.
- Build positive relationships with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date on hospital policies, procedures, and treatment options to provide accurate and reliable information to patients.
